In addition to finding the Lost and fighting Death Eaters on the streets of your city, in Harry Potter: Wizards Unite you will also be called to produce Potions.
If you skipped Professor's lessons Piton (who we remember being one of the few teachers to keep his course for almost every film) to give you Defense Against the Dark Arts you made a big mistake: in United Wizards Potions represent one of the fires of the magical experience, allowing you to heal yourself, enhance your spells, and many other very useful uses.
However, the alchemist's way is by no means easy and you need the right ingredients to get the right potion out. In short, you don't want to end up getting the formula wrong Polisucco no? To give you a little hand with the cauldron, in the following lines you will find everything you need to know about the noble art of mixing, from the collection of ingredients to the steps to be done in the preparation.
Gather the ingredients
As with all potions in this world, often what you will need will be particular herbs that grow up in the wizarding world. Finding them is pretty simple as long as we accept the fact that it is not possible to search for a specific element, but we will have to rely on chance and hope that what we need appears in our vicinity.
Herbs and other ingredients will be scattered around the game map and will be made available on the screen as soon as the proximity radar passes over them, just like the tracks and other interactive objects in the game. Just touch them to add them to the inventory. There is always the golden rule that the most “populous” areas have a greater chance of releasing ingredients, so take advantage of it when you are in a historic center or in similar places.

In addition to direct deposits, in the greenhouses Random herbs can be obtained by choosing one of three pots. If you do not receiveMagical Energy, you will have a way to earn some extra potion ingredients. In Wizard Unite, however, it is also possible cultivate plants taking advantage of the Greenhouses, accessing the dedicated table and placing the seeds in the available slots. Clearly you will have to go back to the same Greenhouse to get the fruit of the virtual field, therefore we advise you to choose the closest Serra to you.
Creating Potions
Once you have collected everything you need and have reached the level 6 you can devote yourself to Cauldron. In theory what you should do is wait for the potion to complete over time, but in reality the game has ua function to create them more quickly through a series of gestures to be performed in succession. This will not increase the potions' effectiveness but it will certainly save you valuable time.
There are precise movements that you can use to find the right combination, such as a clockwise or anti-clockwise turn, or several multiple taps on the potion and so on. However, below you will find the complete list of potions and the three necessary signs to be performed in order.
Exstimulo Potion: vertical line, vertical line, hourly rotation
Potion of Invigoration: horizontal, vertical, vertical line, enlarge the screen (gesture to remove the zoom)
Baruffio elixir: Turn clockwise, tighten the screen (gesture to zoom), vertical line, vertical, widen the screen and shake
Healing potion: Enlarge the screen, turn clockwise, tap, shrink the screen
Strong Exstimulo Potion: Vertical line, vertical, counterclockwise, clockwise
Powerful Exstimulo Potion: Vertical, horizontal, vertical line, counterclockwise, clockwise, counterclockwise
Dawdle Draft: Shake, clockwise, counterclockwise, counterclockwise, tighten the screen
Strong Invigoration Potion: Horizontal, vertical, vertical, vertical line, widen the screen, widen the screen
Potion of sharpening: Enlarge the screen, vertical line, vertical line, tap
Perception to the Spine: Shake, clockwise, counterclockwise, counterclockwise, tighten the screen
Bountiful Brew: Tap, Tap, hourly rotation, vertical line, vertical
Felix felicis: Clockwise rotation, tighten the screen, horizontal line, horizontal, widen the screen, shake.
Potion of Memory: Tap, widen the screen, horizontal line, hourly rotation
Spark Potion: Clockwise rotation, tighten the screen, horizontal line, horizontal, widen the screen, shake
Wideye Potion: Turn clockwise, shake, turn counterclockwise, turn anticlockwise.
You can carry a maximum of 50 potions with you and, if you wish, you can increase this limit through the microtransactions present in the Wizards Unite store. In any case, this is a fairly generous cap and it will still be filled through all the rewards you will get with the daily bonuses and the loot for the level increase.
