As we progress through the game and make our way through the New World, in the main story, we will have a specific mission called "Charity Douglas Inter-Ship Stories". In this mission we will receive instructions at various points to start searching for logs and wrecks. During this mission the search may not be that simple and of course, luckily we can follow the steps to complete this mission.
Along the way of this mission you must search for a survivor and obtain documents or the remains of the wrecked ships, you must pay attention to the signs of corruption and return to the Douglas Observation Point at the Monarch Cliffs Watchtower.
What is the mission that asks you to find documents and wrecks?
In New World, while playing alone during the Stories Among Ships mission, you are sent as a player to get logs and wrecks. As you progress through the game in the main story of New World, our player unlocks a mission called Stories Between Ships, by Charity Douglas. Remains of the wrecked ship, instructions and some documents can be acquired at different points of the mission.
Upon completion of the mission, New World players will be able to continue their travels on Aeternum Island. They can take on a new one from the main story or they can take on a side quest. From now on they will be able to use the rewards obtained.
How to find logs and wrecks faster?
After receiving in-game instructions to search for wrecks for the first time, the player in the New World should head to approximately 250 meters northwest of Charity Douglas. As players reach this location on earth, the objective will need to be updated and they will need to collect the books they find in the area, specifically three. The location of these books may be located on the New World map, however, there are help videos that can make it easier to find the map if it is very complex.
After interacting with the books, the game will again give you instructions to search for documents and wrecks, it will give you new instructions for traveling southwest from your current location. This move will direct you to another island in the New World, Stories Between Ships will update as they get closer. A chest-shaped locker is the goal for every player to find, located on the deck of a wrecked ship.
Players are then given a third mission, the last one, in which they have to run southeast until it is under the »J» for »Jawbone Cove» on the map, there you collect two Boehm's Bounty flags. After completing this step, i players return to Charity Douglas where they will be able to complete the stories between ships and also earn their rewards.

What are the rewards that will be obtained by completing this mission?
Once the New World players return to Charity Douglas to complete the story, they can collect all their rewards and immediately have the opportunity to engage in other activities while playing. Players will earn a wooden bow, player experience improvement points, and gold coins.
