Since their arrival on the market, the e-reader have been increasingly successful. The causes are obviously innumerable, but among the main ones there is certainly the possibility of taking hundreds of books everywhere without the slightest effort. Today PocketBook presented the new e-reader Basic Lux 3, the entry level with the equipment of the older "brothers". Let's see it in more detail.

This new model is equipped with Dual Core processor, Wi-Fi module e SMARTlight technology. Thanks to the latter it will be possible to adjust the brightness of the screen and the temperature of the gray scale by saving custom templates. This solution ensures one comfortable reading in all light conditions, also thanks to 6-inch E Ink Carta anti-glare screen with a resolution of 758 × 1024, which reproduces the sharpness of the print with a restful effect on the eyes.
The configuration is all about practicality, with robust and responsive function keys, a 512 MB RAM to ensure perfect fluidity in leafing through the pages and one internal memory from 8 GB (expandable via micro SD) enough to store thousands of volumes. With only 155 grams of weight it can be easily slipped into a bag or backpack, but also into a coat pocket, to read any type of document anywhere.
This e-reader it supports 23 formats (19 for books and 4 for graphics) smoothly opening DJVU, DOC, FB2, HTML, MOBI, RTF, TXT, JPEG, BMP, PNG, TIFF files as well as DRM-protected EPUB and PDF files. Thanks to PocketBook Cloud andapp PocketBook Reader users can sync their books (and entire library) across multiple devices. The DropBox and Send-to-PocketBook services together with the built-in Wi-Fi allow you to transfer books to the e-reader in just a few clicks.
The Basic Lux 3 then has a really important autonomy. You can indeed use it for a month with a single refill.
