As announced in recent days, OPPO has raised the curtain on Reno4 and Reno4 Pro. The Chinese manufacturer now seems to have created a tradition, updating the range every six months. We are talking about two 5G smartphones that stand as alternatives to Find X2 Lite and Find X2 Neo from which they inherit part of the technical characteristics.
Both are equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G which - thanks to the integrated 5G modem - makes the newcomers to the OPPO home compatible with fifth generation networks. The SoC is paired with 8 Gigabytes of RAM (which can go up to 12 GB on the Reno4 Pro) and 128/256 Gigabytes of internal memory. Other common features are: 48 Megapixel main camera, Android 10 with the new ColorOS 7.2 and fast charging at 65W.
For the rest, there are some differences. Reno4 integrates a 6,4-inch AMOLED display with Full-HD + resolution that houses the dual front camera (32 Megapixel + 2 Megapixel). The biometric sensor is integrated under the screen. On the rear, the 48 Megapixel (f / 1.7) sensor is paired with an 8 Megapixel (f / 2.2) wide angle and a 2 Megapixel (f / 2.4) sensor for depth of field. The whole is powered by two 2.010 mAh batteries for a total of 4.020 mAh.
Reno4 Pro, on the other hand, adopts a 6,5-inch AMOLED panel with 90Hz refresh rate and curved edges. A single front camera embedded in a hole in the screen. The front design is very similar to that of the Find X2 Neo. The rear photographic sector is completed with a 13 Megapixel telephoto lens (f / 2.4) and a 12 Megapixel wide angle lens (f / 2.2) to accompany the 48 Megapixel camera. The battery is 4.000 mAh.
OPPO Reno4 and Reno4 Pro will be marketed in China starting from 2.999 yuan (about 373 euros) for the base model in the 8/128 GB version up to 4.299 yuan (about 535 euros) for the Pro version in the 12/256 GB configuration . For the moment, there is no information about a possible commercialization in.
