Design e packaging | Recensione Proscenic T21
The packaging is minimal but still complete. Inside we find in addition to the obvious fryer the removable basket, the instruction booklet and a small recipe book.
The design chosen for this model recalls a slightly dated style with steel-colored inserts reminiscent of appliances from the early 2000s. Everything is interrupted by the black parts and the front panel which shows, when the fryer is not in stand-by, a series of touch commands light up blue.
Although the design shows forms that are still immature, from some point of view, it is pleasant and goes well with almost any type of furniture. Sure the dimensions are not handled well but still for a fryer that boasts one capacity of 5.5 liters We can not complain.
If we really have to be honest we do not mind the less "egg" shape that distinguishes the myriad of devices that dot this market.
The handle on the front is generously sized and will allow you to always have a firm and secure grip. The only flaw is the locking system placed on the handle which acts as a safety device for securing the basket to the machine body.
The closing system is inconvenient to use and only after a lot of practice will you be able to divide the basket and fryer with one hand.

Before talking about the functions, the touch panel and the other features that make up this air fryer, I think it is right to talk about all, or many, of the dishes that can be cooked thanks to this system.
When it comes to fryers, it is legitimate to think of chips, cutlets, fried fish, etc. etc. As many of you will know, inside the air fryer it is also possible to cook Hamburger, Chicken, Fish, cakes and much more.
In a nutshell, in addition to having a healthy and somehow dietetic cuisine, thanks to the lack of fried oil, you will gain an appliance that can cook many dishes.
For our part, we indulged in cooking fries, burgers, skewers, cutlets and chicken nuggets.
Even if we vary from the classic, we really have no qualms about this machine. A prime example was burgers that remain juicy and well cooked at the same time.

In conclusion we strongly recommend this Proscenic T21 air fryer to all those people who want to eat healthy without giving up fried food.

The footprint is certainly not the most modest but the capacity is suitable for a family of about 4 people.
The smart part is probably the least performing. The app is comfortable even if a bit cumbersome and despite the various attempts connecting it to a voice assistant was not possible.
Not bad also because the connection would only be used for switching on and off. If you really don't want to give up this feature, our advice is to move towards the next model, the Proscenic t22.
